The Petshop247 concept was devised in 2007 with the idea to bring one of the largest and extensive range of pet products available to the market place at affordable prices.
Our management team have over 10 years experience selling online and being involved in the distribution of pet products to both homes and businesses.

WHAT DO WE DO?
We offer not only the products you would expect to see, but offer other specialist products that would not normally be available to the public.
We work with all the major manufacturers and suppliers to continually update our ranges to offer a substantial range at highly competitive prices.
Our aim is to deliver customer orders as quickly as possible from stock to make the shopping experience with us enjoyable and so you visit us again very soon.
HOW DO WE DO IT?
Its all quite easy really, you select the products you require and follow the simple checkout process where together with Barclaycard Business a secure transaction is conducted.
We use sophisticated anti fraud measures to protect the genuine card holder and to protect ourselves from fraud. Barclaycard use "3D secure" where an extra level of security is required, i.e. an extra password where the genuine card holder has set up with their bank/card issuer.
If we have any doubts over the validity of a particular card then further checks are made, including the customer being contacted directly.
DELIVERY
We have extensive experience in mail order logistics and we continually review who we use and the prices to bring the most effective solution to the customer at the best price possible.
99% of our orders are delivered by DPD Geopost
All deliveries are given a tracking number and this can be provided on request by emailing info@petshop247.co.uk
These are normally morning deliveries although officially are 9am-5pm.
Once we forward your tracking number log on to www.dpd.co.uk to track you order.
Larger items which cannot be sent through our parcel system are delivered by specialist couriers who will call to book in a delivery time and date.
We deliver from our distribution points in the UK and Ireland to most of Europe and the prices which are based on weight of the products purchased are as follows below:

Terms and Conditions
Our delivery times vary due to stock availability and the location of the delivery. Normally we deliver within 4-5 working days from the order being placed.
When your order is ready to be dispatched you will receive email comfirmation that the order has left us and gives you details of how to track it etc.
We are increasingly holding more stock to speed up delivery times, but if your order is going to take more than 5 days we will email you to let you know.
We of course want your purchase and delivery to go smoothly and the main reason we are in business is because of you the customer.
